Hi. I'm Adrian, and this is my space.

Who am I? An entrepreneur, engineer, and builder. Currently a lead engineer (SRE) at one of the Big Tech companies. My career spans full-stack development, data engineering, and developing globally distributed teams.

My degrees in Mechatronics and Computer Science gave me a systems-thinking foundation I still use every day.

I believe the best engineering is invisible - it solves problems cleanly, handles edge cases quietly, and stays maintainable for whoever comes next. That takes patience, iteration, and the courage to throw away the first draft.

Outside of code, I'm obsessed with how great teams work: how trust is built, decisions are made, and environments are created where people can do their best work. Great teams start with good processes and people who genuinely care.

Right now I'm deepening my skills in generative AI, contributing to open source, and shipping my own products. I'm always open to interesting collaborations and conversations.

Away from the keyboard I'm a husband and father. I climb mountains, ski, shoot, play golf, and stay active. I'm part of the Elite Performance Collective - a community of people who expect more from themselves. I hope you find something valuable here.
